As I mentioned in my first Interest blog, we have great friends who believe and hugely trust in our hidden skills! Timo and Drish, were the 3rd couple which we did the pre-nuptial shoots. This couple is very close in our hearts, and when they decided to get married, we are truly happy for them. Drish wanted to make their wedding with lots of personal touches hence, she suggested that we do one of their pre-nupt shoots to make it memorable. The Make-up: Since I am not a professional makeup artist, I don't have all the color palletes for foundation and powder. We decided to buy these necessities for her. I helped her find the correct foundation and powder color to match her beautiful skin and added neutral colors of eyeshadows for her everyday use. I did a very light and natural makeup because honestly, she don't need much. She is already beautiful! For her hair, I added soft curls on ends to go with the natural look. The Styling: We opted to do the shoot in two locations. First in their home, we chose laidback style which is, their everyday wear. A red polka dot top matched with plain white shorts for her and white polo with soft blue shorts for him. Second, is in Chinese Garden in which we chose, a simple printed blue tube dress for Drish partnered with boots and Crisp plain white polo for Timo to match their wedding color and theme. The Photos:
We started a bit late in our shoot, so we weren't able to take lots of pictures before sundown. But we still manage to get very sweet photos of them. This lovely couple seems to be like professional models. We didn't have hard time directing their poses. Good job guys!

Me and Aries have always wanted to click some nice pictures, it is more of our hobby actually. I, for some time also thought of and dreamt of actually doing photography as a career, however, there are already lot's of talented people doing this and you can see that they are really so passionate of the art and puts so much time and money about it, that me and Aries don't really much have. So yeah.. that thought bubble was quickly erased and just continued photography as our hobby. But, we are really very lucky that most of our friends are getting married / got married and they wanted us to practice our skills and hence, we get to do our friends pre-nuptial shoots! :) and not just the photos, I also got to the chance to do their pre-nupt makeup and styling as well. (hmm.. I wonder whose more lucky? them or us? haha!) FIRST SHOOT TRIAL The first couple that we get to shoot are Miko and Jenny, they got married last year November 2014. This couple is like family to us and we were all very excited to do their pre-nupt photos. We are no experts, so we needed trial make-up and photo shoots before doing the real thing. The trial make-up and photo shoots are actually nice to do beforehand so that they wouldn't feel so awkward during the real shoot and for us, we can also get the feel on how to do the lighting, the pose, etc.. Not bad for our first trial shoot ha? :) We took these photos in Bukit Timah abandoned train tracks. After few pictures, we went to Chinese Garden to do more few shots. What can I say? Our friends are really comfortable with each other and I personally think that these photos doesn't look like trial eh? MAIN SHOOT For this shoot, we also selected Chinese Garden as the location. We went to Miko and Jenny's place to do the hair and makeup then went to the location. We found two couples also doing the prenup shoot in Chinese Garden that day. We are prepared with our props but we happen to see the LOVE sign from them, so we quickly borrowed while it sits on the grass and took the shot. Thank you, Miko and Jen, for giving this opportunity to practice our hobby. These shoots are really tiring but I think we pulled it off! Not bad for amateurs first time make-up, styling and photography. :)
