chicken sisig

What you need:
Chicken breast (Grilled or Pan fried) - Marinated in Lemon, garlic, pinch of salt
Garlic
Onions
Butter
Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
2 tbsp. of Soy sauce
Green chilli
Knorr Liquid Seasoning
Calamansi (Small lime)
1 pc. Egg

Cooking Instructions:
1) Chopped the grilled chicken breast into small square pieces. (Not too small!)
2) Sauté garlic and onions then add the chopped chicken.
3) Add the green chilli, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste (not too much salt because you have the soy sauce)
4) Add in the butter and mayonnaise. (depends on how sinful you want it to be)
5) Before serving, add in Egg, Knorr liquid seasoning and Calamansi

And Viola! We are done! Enjoy! :)

I love cooking.  Although few people get to taste it, I still want to share it coz who knows, maybe other people may like it as well. haha.
Living here in SG, I usually miss Filipino dish. So yeah, I am also a fan of Youtube when it comes to cooking ha! But, I usually tweak a bit to have my personal touch. :)
